Implicit guarantee is the result of the interactivity of early regulatory requirements of trust industry and market selection. The existence of implicit guarantee exposes trust industry, trust companies and investors to severe risks, therefore it is not sustainable in the long term. All participants including regulatory institutions, trust companies and investors need to make full preparations for the potential break of implicit guarantee in the future. Also, it is necessary to continuously improve investor education, trust assets liquidity system, the information disclosure mechanism of trust products, the compensation mechanism of trust assets, and the resolution mechanism of trust disputes, etc.
