With the development of the Internet age，especially when microblog becomes a public opinion field，some of the inaccurate expressions often mislead the netizens，so that the virtual society has become more complex and difficult to grasp. The virtual society goes hand in hand with the realistic society and they are closely related. The problems that virtual networks reflect are the refraction of the realistic situation and the public mood. The instant，variety and chaos of the virtual society have put forward austere challenge for our traditional social governance in terms of theories，methods，and techniques. The governmental actions as regards ignoring any dissemination of new microblogging context and disregarding the public opinion from the networks are likely to increase the risk of self-marginalization and loss of credibility. It is thus incumbent upon the government to strength the governance of virtual society，and it is imperative to construct the appropriate elastic and the faithful interaction of the network orders.
