Based on the data of education numbers of schools and students, and indicators of educational input and output, the situation of non-tertiary education in Macau is described in the light of international comparative perspective. Besides, two educational policies, "Ten-Year Plan for the Development of Non-Tertiary Education" and "Curriculum Frameworks for Formal Education", are introduced in the policy action level. Then the problems of non-tertiary education in the present and the directions and challenges in the future are analyzed.
