An analysis of the recent development of Macau's creative cultural industry reveals that Macau under the guiding policies of its government has made significant progress in the promotion of creative cultural industry. However,creative cultural industry is an important venture in Macau's economic diversification programme. The government units which are responsible for drawing up and implementation of cultural industry policies have been facing some essential problems — e.g. shortage of"creative talents"and"cross-discipline specialists". And new measures are needed to be introduced and taken to cope with the problems in concern. <<
