Developing intellectual property is the decisive factor of core competence boosting. Since the implementation of 11th five year plan, Guangzhou has advanced the implementation of intellectual property and obtained outstanding achievement in the creation, application, protection and management of intellectual property. However, with the increasingly impact of intellectual property to economic development, the function of intellectual property played in economic development should be strengthened accordingly. Therefore, we should improve the innovation capability, increase competitive advantage, perfect law environment, create new system, implement the intellectual property policy and achieve 12th five year plan target. <<
