The paper is based on the analysis on the characteristics and problems of land-using of industrial parks in China, American Silicon Valley, Singapore Industrial Park, Japanese Tsukuba Science City, Taiwan Xinzu Technology Park and so on, proposes the necessity of economic and intensive land using in the industrial park in our country. At the same time, the paper summaries the successful experience of the fast development of Panyu High-tech Ecological Park and the economic and intensive land using, and puts forwards the specific suggestions for the development of land using in our city. <<
