The paper uses theoretical analysis and empirical research approach, analyzes the formation, structure, challenge and opportunity of "Three Capital Fusion" construction model, and proposes the extension and application of this model to draw the attention of all kinds of capital to Nongovernmental Science and Technology Park and expand it. <<
