    摘要

    中国工农红军在创立初期,由于环境恶劣、斗争残酷,各类人才十分缺乏,人才培养条件极其简陋,人才成分也较为复杂,人才的选拔培养已成为影响红军生存发展的重要问题。为此,红军开展了卓有成效的人才选拔培养工作,通过公开招聘、争取俘虏等方式引进人才,通过相对优厚的福利待遇保留人才,利用各种培训机构培养人才,造就了大量军政指挥及专业技术人员,为红军的发展壮大提供了有力保障,为人民军队的人才选拔培养工作积累了宝贵经验。 <<

    Abstract

    The Red Army had a shortage of talented people in its early days due to the harsh conditions and cruel battles. With the poor personnel training conditions and the complex class status of the members,the selection and cultivation of talents had become a crucial problem for the survival and development of the Red Army. Therefore,a series of fruitful work had been conducted for the selection and training of talents through the following measures:fetching talents through open recruitment and absorbing captives,retaining talents with relatively generous welfare,and training talents in various training institutions. Consequently,numerous commanding and technological talents were cultivated for the army,which ensured the development and growth of the Red Army,and accumulated valuable experience for the perfection of talent selection and training system of the PLA as well.
