本文以作者在中国内地农村推动能力建设的社区发展经验,思索批判教育学对社会工作社区发展实践知识可能的挹注。文中讨论了作者如何透过口述史的采集,改变知识分子与地方民众的对应关系,召唤知识分子与当地民众在实践中的主体性,并反思此次社区实践行为和所倚仗的实践知识的局限性。
<<This paper contains reflections about our experiences in employing a capacity building model for training students to conduct social work community development in rural China mainland. Our capacity building approach subscribes to views from critical pedagogy,mainly Freirean pedagogy,which calls for a reinvention of self by challenging tradition and culture and by transforming instituted selves to become a reflexive subjectivity with critical curiosity about society,power,inequality,and social change. By advocating equality of participation in community development practices,through employing method of oral history and the approach of dialogical education,we aim to transform participants into and embody the critical subjectivity.
