本报告沿用“压力-状态-响应”模型（PSR结构模型），通过对四川生态环境的“状态”、“压力”和“回应”三组相互影响、相互关联的指标组进行信息收集和分析，对当年四川省生态建设面临的问题、生态建设投入和成效进行系统评估，对2016年四川生态保护与建设几个值得关注的领域进行了展望。
<<Employing the PRS Structure Model，this report collected and analyzed data per three groups of indicators，namely Pressure，State and Response，to systematically assess the issues，inputs and achievements of Sichuan’s Ecological Construction. It also prospects some emerging issues of the province’s ecological construction in 2016.
