通过对全国10个省市1730位新生代乡村教师的工作状况调查发现,新生代乡村教师中女教师比例接近70%,父亲职业为农民和工人的新生代乡村教师比例超过72%。新生代乡村教师群体异地分居、亲子分离现象逐渐显现;住房设施不甚完善,乡村教师对于周转房抱有较高期待;总体工资水平较低,工资满意度较低,但基本能维持日常生活支出;工作压力主要源于工作量大和家庭经济负担重两个方面;社会支持性较强,能够主动融入并建设乡村社会;职业认同与预期偏低;高层次培训机会较难惠及多数乡村教师。合理改善工资待遇、工作环境,加强教师培训等是提升新生代乡村教师工作质量的有效途径。
<<The data of the paper were all from the investigation of the working situation of 1730 new generation village teachers from 10 provinces(municipalities). In all samples female teachers were close to 70%,teachers whose fathers’ occupation were workers and peasants were more than 72%. Some problems showed in the investigation were the following:the phenomenon of spouse separated in different places and parent-child separation was appearing gradually;housing facilities imperfect,the rural teachers were holding high expectations for housing turnover;the overall low salary level,daily living expenses could be maintained;working pressure were mainly from working burden and family economic situation;professional identity and expectation were low;high-level training opportunities were difficult to have. Paying reasonable salary,improving working environment,strengthening teacher training were effective ways to enhance the quality of new generation village teachers.
