2014年，全国5个省域文化投入总量增长超过15%，其中3个省域总量增长超过20%；5个省域文化投入人均值增长超过15%，其中3个省域人均值增长超过20%。西藏、广西、青海、广东、湖南处于年度总量、人均值增长前5位。各省域文化投入增长综合评价排行：无差距理想值横向测评，西藏、青海、北京、内蒙古、吉林为“2014年度综合指数领先”前5位；自身基数值纵向测评，青海、四川、西藏、内蒙古、海南为“2000～2014年综合指数提升”前5位；青海、西藏、海南、内蒙古、安徽为“2005～2014年综合指数提升”前5位；青海、福建、贵州、河北、四川为“2010～2014年综合指数提升”前5位；广西、西藏、广东、河北、湖南为“2014年度综合指数提升”前5位。

Tibet，Guangxi，Qinghai，Guangdong and Hunan ranked top 5 in the total growth and the per capita value growth. The ranking of the comprehensive evaluation of the culture investment growth across the provinces is as follows：in the lateral evaluation of ideal value without urban-rural and regional gaps，Tibet，Qinghai，Beijing，Inner Mongolia and Jilin ranked top five in the “2014 annual composite index leaders”；in the vertical evaluation of own base value throughout the past years，Qinghai，Sichuan，Tibet，Inner Mongolia and Hainan ranked top five in the “2000-2014 composite index runners-up”；Qinghai，Tibet，Hainan，Inner Mongolia and Anhui ranked top five in the “2005-2014 composite index runners-up”；Qinghai，Fujian，Guizhou，Hebei and Sichuan ranked top five in the “2010-2014 composite index runners-up”；Guangxi，Tibet，Guangdong，Hebei and Hunan ranked top five in the “2014 annual composite index runners-up”.
