随着城市的快速发展,地下病害导致的管线破坏事故时有发生。本文分析了管线周边地下病害形成原因,剖析地下病害对管线的影响,确定风险评估过程,建立了地下病害引发城市地下管线风险可能性指标体系及风险后果严重性指标体系,通过专家打分、运用层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重,并给出了典型指标的评分标准,为城市地下管线风险管理提供了科学方法。
<<With the rapid development of city,the urban pipeline accidents caused by the underground disease occurred. The forming reasons of underground disease around pipeline were researched,and the influence of the underground disease was analyzed on urban pipeline. The risk assessment process was determined. The index system of risk likelihood and consequence was established,and the weight was fixed by expert estimation and AHP (analytic hierarchy process),and the score standard of the typical index was given. This paper provides a scientific method for risk management of urban underground pipelines.
