Beijing’s infrastructure investment maintain the overall growth momentum，and the transport structure become further optimize，but the short term traffic congestion is difficult to change；It is to increase the sewage and garbage treatment facilities，but the water gap is still not completely lifted；The energy and environmental protection facilities continue to intensify efforts to build，but the need to haze prevention and long-term cooperation for Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei.
