The government has made the strategic arrangement and deployment for the development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei system as a whole. The women has become an important part of the arrangement，which provides a new historic opportunity for the development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei women career. In this paper，we expand the analysis from two levels female employment and entrepreneurship，and then we discuss the current situation，problems and countermeasures of female employment and entrepreneurship，and go into the function of promotion and implementation of the conditions for Beijing-tianjin-hebei system development to women，in order to provide Suggestions for formulating scientific policy and development path.
