the successful application of Beijing and Zhangjiakou for 2022 Winter Olympic Games puts forward to the new demand for ice and snow specialized talents training，it demands high attention given the large number，varieties and tight schedule of the training task. Beijing and Hebei province are expected to cooperate with each other to calculate the talents number，and to actively develop external exchange by introducing urgently needed athletics teaching talents，in a way of setting up special enrollment plan and establishing special fund in order to prepare enough pool of talents for the Winter Olympic Games.
