The new rural cooperative medical treatment as a group of farmers to help each other in all aid system has been praised by the society since 2003，its reimbursement system focus on the core of farmer. Investigation on the research of 783 farmers of Henan Province and based on the sociology of socialization theory and social institution theory，the articles use multivariate statistical regression analysis to try to analyze the possibility of effects on the reimbursement principles of farmers satisfaction，satisfaction for content and submit an expense account executive satisfaction condition，and according to the three aspects of the comprehensive level survey ginseng to farmers in Henan province of new farming and reimbursement system overall satisfaction. Through the relevant theory，we try to make the deep discussion.
