Network public sentiment events reflect social contradictions and problems on the internet. There are many social problems behind these events，such as brutal demolition，violent law enforcement，official’s inactions and chaotic actions，environmental pollution，contradiction between doctors and patients，campus violence and etc，whose engendering background comes from the highlight of social contractions. Special events are the explosion point of risks，while the network focus pushes on their form and development. The network public sentiment events in 2015 in Henan don’t reduce. Except having general characteristics，the events also reflect some new problems which we should pay more attention to，such as official and civilian barriers，crisis of grass roots governance，numbness of public opinion and etc. The important content of the network governance is public opinion guidance whose premise and basis are removing congestion，revealling justice，and reducing the destructive nature of public opinion.
