Our country has entered a period of rapid development and transformation. As an effective way of social governance，community grid governance plays a significant role in the whole society. Set Zhengzhou as an example，the grid working structure of ‘three-stage grids，four-level platforms，and five-stage cooperation’ has been built. It places people’s livelihood first and promote decentralization of working service，as well as the modernization of administration method，in the meanwhile improve the degree of resident’s participation，on which much experience have been gained. However，there are still a set of problems in the coordination and integration of community grid management，also in the service awareness and capability of community grid management stuff，and the stuff treatment and benefit，as well as the degree of community participation. From the perspective of social governance，the community grid management in Zhengzhou is in desperate need to advance the times，so as to proceed creative development. The first one is the innovation and development of concept which insist the innovation of cooperation governance and the idea of cooperation of “Internet，community development and social work” grid governance development. The second one is to innovate the development mode which aims to actively promote the new community grid management mode of the combination of‘community，social organizations and professional social workv. The third one is to innovate development mechanism which mainly focus on the innovation of social work cooperation community governance mechanism，including the mechanism of government orientation，interaction and coordination and beneficial operation，system guarantee and performance evaluation as well，so as to greatly uphold the community governance ability and level，in this way to continuously improve the stability of the whole society and people’s welfare standard.
