During the urbanization process，it formed in three categories of farmers inhabited areas that the formation reason，space form，economic basis and social conditions of each are not identical. The city integration of centralized residence of rural residents is an important and difficult issue. Zigong Women’s Federation in Zigong chose three different types of centralized residence of rural residents to take a project to improve the women and children residents’ city integration on behavior and psychology. Based on the practical needs of diversification，they explored different implementation mechanisms and paths，and provided accurate public goods at low cost，eased the settlement of farmers’ behavior adaptation and psychological anxiety，accelerated the settlement of farmers’ urbanization.
