The county industrial development is the premise and support of the new urbanization. In 2014，the development of county economy in Sichuan is still in rapid growing，and the industrial structure is further optimization. So it is an important supporting role to the urbanization process. But there are the following problems. The county economy polarization phenomenon is more serious，and the national county economic development level is very low. The proportion to the first industry is still high，and the development of the third industry is very slow，so the rationalization and optimization of industrial structure also need to accelerate. The county employment structure lags behind the development to the industrial structure in Sichuan. The county urbanization lags behind industrialization in Sichuan. In order to further reinforce the county’s economic development，so as to promote the construction of urbanization in Sichuan county，three suggestions are put forward in this study：It is must to speed up the county economy of new industrialization；It is must to promote the county economy development of agricultural modernization，the quality and efficiency of agriculture：It is must to develop the county economy service industry in an innovative way.
