But the good trend was also accompanied with some problems such as too weak cultural and the relevant industries，too slow increase in revenue from cultural service industries and the unbalanced framework of cultural industries. We should further optimize the cultural and the relevant industrial environment，support key enterprises and adjust the framework of some cultural and relevant industries.
