2015年监管部门两次放松个人住房信贷政策,自住和改善型需求持续释放,房地产市场交易金额创历史新高。全年个人住房贷款实现快速增长,贷款利率则持续下降。展望2016年,在“去库存”的大背景下,住房信贷政策仍有可能继续放松,预计全年个人住房贷款增量保持高位,加权平均利率小幅下降。
<<The People’s Bank of China adjusted the housing credit policies twice in 2015. Therefore,the demand of buying homes raise steadily,and the real estate market volume increased significantly. In this context,the mortgage loan achieved a steady growth,and besides,the interest rate showed a trend of decreasing. Looking forward to 2016,on the background of destocking,the government may continue to relax the housing credit policies,and the incremental of mortgage will remains high,with the interest rates continue to decline slightly.
