The industrial integration in rural areas is rooted in industrialized management of agriculture. From the perspectives of the operational foundations，development patterns，and benefits mechanisms of agricultural industrialization，the industrial integration has developed in a rapid and diversified way. However，its development remains at the early stage due to a lack of operational capacities of acting entities，an insufficient provision of financial supports，the problems of land-use system and inefficient public services. In 2016，the demonstration areas of industrialized management of agriculture and major grain production counties will be the key areas of development，whereas agribusiness enterprises and farmers’ cooperatives will be the key actors. Diverse benefits distribution mechanisms should be established. Finally，policy supports are proposed，including the recognition and support of acting entities，fiscal supports，support in ensuring land provision，and improvement of public services.
