The idea of National Park was originated in the USA，which has been accepted highly around the world after 100 year’s development. America’s National Park represents its national culture，and has developed its own systems of value，public administration and governance. China has launched its own mission of constructing national park. Experiences from other countries can be employed reasonably and critically. The most importance is to establish Chinese value system and mechanism of national park in China.
