Recent years，the innovation of internet applied to every aspect of economy and society，which becoming one of the most important driving force of economics. It improved the efficiency of economic development，remade the traditional mode of producing and business，and developed the new economic pattern as well as life style. In the meanwhile，there were a lot of internet-related companies closing down and taken-over in the year of 2015 because of paying more attention to internet traffic than business value，unclear profit model and capital chain breaking. In order to find the investment opportunities of internet-related area，we should identify both the prospect and the risk of the innovation，and find the areas which has its’ force of sustainable development.
