Open justice is modern society based on the rule of law is generally follow a principle of justice, is the sun of justice, judicial transparency is an important way to realize the people's court, is to ensure the judicial justice and enhance public confidence in the judiciary, an important means of promoting the judicial democracy. In recent years, the Supreme People's Court on judicial publicly issued a series of documents, made a series of major arrangement deployment, conscientiously implement the courts of the country, actively promote, open justice initiatives to emerge in endlessly, expanding the field, promote the breadth and depth of judicial openness increasing, judicial openness has made positive progress. This paper in Henan court of justice disclosure practices as an example, analyzes the achievements and existing problems in recent years judicial openness achieved. And from the theory of system, of open justice system the construction of thinking, proposed should be centered on the trial, the construction of information disclosure system of justice; in response to judicial orientation, improve the communication of public opinion feedback system; a remedy for the goal, to establish the judicial public security system; to scientific and reasonable index set as the basis to construct open justice evaluation system. At present, the people's court should be based on the platform construction as the focus, to build public trial platform and the trial process, the referee instruments to perform public information platform and interactive communication platform, and promote the construction of open justice system. <<
