At present, China is in the economic transition period of rapid development, economic entities face new opportunities and new challenges, finance is one of important tools for the real economy of the escort and its role should not be overlooked, with financing and market allocation of resources, such as the basic function of securities market, is an important tool to boost the development of the real economy. This paper focuses on the development of the rule of law in China's securities market in 2015. This article first discusses the foundation of the securities market law, namely the construction of securities market, securities regulation and judicial rules of securities, pointed out that to protect the interests of investors in the stock market and the stock market is still maintaining the order of securities law enforcement and security supervision is the basic path; then discusses the unfinished problem beyond the market and securities legal texts, including the relationship of securities the market and the securities regulation moderation regulation should be how to grasp the "solution degree" and investor protection; at the end of the stock market how to realize the rule of law are discussed, pointed out the need to improve the legal system, focusing on the implementation of law, regulation and supervision of the appropriate "homing", to play a fundamental role in the securities market in the promotion of economic development. <<
