话语创新是思想创新发展的先导,然而话语与知识、权力构成一个交集丛,易形成话语霸权或话语暴力,制约着思想和意义的自由增生。话语中同时还存在反抗力量突破限制去实现创新发展。我国高等教育场域中教学话语往往也是一种威权性的独白,调查数据显示教学话语存在着诸多问题影响教学实效,急切呼唤话语的创新。教学话语重建要实现中心化向非中心化、独话向对话、“我—他”关系向“我—你”关系、训导话语向生活话语的转变。由此,教师与学生都可自由地进入教学话语界,在对话中实现思想的生长发展。
<<Discourse innovation is the forerunner of creative thoughts. However,an intersectional plexus constituted by discourse,knowledge and power usually tends to form discourse hegemony or otherwise violence,and then restricts the derivatives of thoughts. Discourses also contain forces of resistance,which exist to break through limitations and to achieve innovation. Survey data reveled that teaching discourse in Chinese higher education displays the characteristics of authoritative monologue,which reduced effectiveness of teaching and is in dire need of innovation. To reconstruct,teaching discourse in China needs to carry out four changes:from centralization to decentralization,from monologue to dialogue,from “I-He/She” to “I-You” mode,and from directive to life-oriented discourse. As a result,teachers and students can enter the world of teaching-learning discourse freely,and enable the growth of significant thoughts during the process of dialogue.
