The bilingual education in universities of our country is still at the stage of exploring，thus in need of intensified investigation and studying. This thesis takes University N as the study case to analyze its practical conditions and problems through 176 valid questionnaires and 19 interviews. Based on the investigation，this thesis identified four reasons that may lead to the current problems，and suggested four strategies to solve those problems. The four reasons include societal constraints on students，research constraints on teachers，quantitative constraints on quality，and result-related constraints on processes. Accordingly，the four strategies include aspects of student，teacher，teaching process and teaching management. Furthermore，the last part of this thesis reflected on the development contexts and prospects of bilingual education in universities of our country from the macro level in order to promote its sustainable development.
