China has now entered the “Internet+’” era. Internet is full of possibilities and new stuff. It is everywhere，and almost no one can live without it. For every teacher in universities，the challenge from the Internet is not just the Internet overuse students but also a variety of network bloggers，posters，rumors，and facts or fake information. The best option to meet the challenges is to reform. Classroom teaching reforms should concentrate on teaching the students on how to conduct self-learning，be a constructivist，and make the best use of the concept of teaching and learning. In the “Public Administration” course，our reform approach includes：（1） cling to the goals of mastering professional knowledge and learning “how to study by students themselves”，（2） employ the Internet as the mains resources for both classroom curriculum and extra-curriculum，（3） mobilize students and teachers’ enthusiasm for learning，and （4） assess both content knowledge learning and problem solving skills. As a result，“Public Administration” class has reached its expectations overall. It may serve as an example for others.
