现在中国已经进入了“互联网+”时代,对每一位高校教师而言,来自互联网的挑战,不仅是教室的“低头族”,而且包括网络上五花八门的吐槽、跟帖,真伪莫辨的专业信息等。与时俱进,应对挑战最好的选择是改革。课堂教学改革应该确立“授人以渔”、建构主义、因势利导、教学相长的理念。在《公共管理学》课程教学改革中,我们的做法是,明确掌握专业知识和学会学习两个教学目的;运用课内、课外两个网络资源;调动学生和教师两个学习热情;考核课程内容和分析问题这两类学习能力。《公共管理学》的课堂教学改革整体上达到了预期目的,而且具有推广普及的意义。
<<China has now entered the “Internet+’” era. Internet is full of possibilities and new stuff. It is everywhere,and almost no one can live without it. For every teacher in universities,the challenge from the Internet is not just the Internet overuse students but also a variety of network bloggers,posters,rumors,and facts or fake information. The best option to meet the challenges is to reform. Classroom teaching reforms should concentrate on teaching the students on how to conduct self-learning,be a constructivist,and make the best use of the concept of teaching and learning. In the “Public Administration” course,our reform approach includes:(1) cling to the goals of mastering professional knowledge and learning “how to study by students themselves”,(2) employ the Internet as the mains resources for both classroom curriculum and extra-curriculum,(3) mobilize students and teachers’ enthusiasm for learning,and (4) assess both content knowledge learning and problem solving skills. As a result,“Public Administration” class has reached its expectations overall. It may serve as an example for others.
