Jilin Province, referred to as Kyrgyzstan, located in Northeast China Central, south across the Tumen River, Yalu River and adjacent to North Korea, the East and the Russian border, inland and Heilongjiang Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Liaoning Province phase.
