< p > this paper first from the combing of the legislative practice, practice green ecological, financial practice, industry practice, transportation practice, social practice, architectural practice and financial practice eight aspects summarizes the Shenzhen low carbon development experience. On this basis, the paper advocated to strengthen overall planning of low carbon development in Shenzhen, and actively optimize the industrial structure, accelerate the development and expansion of circular economy and support the new energy and renewable energy technology research and development, increase investment in low carbon technologies and as soon as possible to formulate relevant policies, to form a long-acting mechanism for low carbon development, policies and measures.
