In this paper, through of Jilin Province vocational training of migrant workers the investigation and the statistical data on the basis of the analysis of current situation of Jilin Province in the process of urbanization in Jilin Province, migrant workers vocational skills training and existing problems, in Jilin Province according to the actual situation, put forward countermeasures of strengthening vocational skills training for migrant workers. <<
