Jilin provincial Party committee and provincial government over the years has always attached great importance to the local construction of the rule of law, clearly put forward the important task of the construction of rule of law in Jilin, accumulated rich experience of local law construction. In the Fourth Plenary Session of the party's eighteen "comprehensively promote the rule of law under the guidance of the spirit of, should be further innovation and promote the strategy of the rule of law in Jilin. This paper depicted the status quo of the construction of the rule of law in Jilin, then in view of the problems existing in the construction of rule of law in Jilin, put forward to improve the quality of legislation, promote administration according to law, the deepening of judicial reform, carry forward the spirit of the rule of law and countermeasures and suggestions, not to break up the process of the rule of law, for Jilin Province into the advanced ranks in the construction of the rule of law. <<
