With the advent of information society, the level of information has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength of a country or region, international competitiveness and soft power. Since 1990s the development of China's information rapidly and has made great achievements, to a more and more important role in the change of economic structure and social transformation mode. Informationization of Jilin Province in recent years has improved steadily, multiple areas of 2014 in networking, integration of the two, the wisdom of urban construction have breakthrough, 2015, Jilin Province will focus on the wisdom of Jilin to promote the development of information technology. This paper focuses on the wisdom of Jilin strategy. Firstly, the paper introduces the the era background and basic conception, and objective analysis of the status of the current information development in Jilin Province, so as to clear the focus of the work of the construction of the wisdom of Jilin, namely the construction of intelligence platform, promote industry wisdom, the wisdom of urban development, carry out the wisdom of government, deepen the wisdom of the people's livelihood, improve the security intelligence, and aimed at to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the informatization construction of Jilin Province. <<
