Youth in aerospace enterprises are the main force in China aerospace development，as well as the important component of Chinese young people. This report explains the meaning of youth’s scientific literacy in China aerospace enterprises from moral notion，scientific knowledge，creative ability，professional skills，managerial levels and secure and healthy consciousness. By questionnairing 150 young people from a aerospace research institute at random，this report analyzes the situation and characteristics of youth’s scientific literacy in China aerospace enterprises，summarizes the main practice cases and experience，and drafts the benchmark of young people’s science literacy in China aerospace enterprises，and finally proposes the development strategies and suggestions. <<
