This paper discusses that improvement of civic scientific literacy will promote the national innovation development from the perspective of national innovation-driven development strategy，analyzes a series of studies related information in the process of implementation of the innovation strategy and civic scientific literacy and government research projects，large and medium enterprise research，small and medium enterprises and scientific research work，collaborative development of the transformation of scientific and technological development of the market mechanism，makes the analysis of civic scientific literacy and implementation of the innovation strategy to achieve national and individual relationship of the Chinese Dream. Finally，this paper proposes several policy proposals for civic scientific literacy to enhance the national innovation ability for innovation in the future. <<
