In accordance with the unified arrangement of national deepening cultural system reform，local art troupes transformed into state-owned enterprises and began to actively explore the survival and development path under new situation. The four years production and management practice of Hanzhong Art Troupes Co.，Ltd shows that，in county areas where the performing art consuming market has not formed yet，especially in underdeveloped areas of western China （besides the capital city of each province），restricted by talents and financial factors，it is very difficult for artistic troupes to survive in marketed performance after its transformation into enterprise.
