2010年以来,按照全国深化文化体制改革的统一部署,汉中市歌舞剧团转企改制为国有独资文化企业的地方文艺院团,积极探索新形势下的生存发展路径。转企改制的汉中市歌舞剧团有限公司近4年的生产经营实践显示,在演艺消费市场尚未形成的市县区域,尤其是经济欠发达的西部省会城市以外的区域,转企改制的地方文艺院团受人才、资金等因素制约,难以在市场化演出中谋生存。汉中市歌舞剧团积极编创演出特色剧节目,开展多种类型的公益性演出,在探索转企改制后地方文艺院团发展道路上迈出了可喜的步伐。
<<In accordance with the unified arrangement of national deepening cultural system reform,local art troupes transformed into state-owned enterprises and began to actively explore the survival and development path under new situation. The four years production and management practice of Hanzhong Art Troupes Co.,Ltd shows that,in county areas where the performing art consuming market has not formed yet,especially in underdeveloped areas of western China (besides the capital city of each province),restricted by talents and financial factors,it is very difficult for artistic troupes to survive in marketed performance after its transformation into enterprise. Hanzhong Artistic Troupe Co.,Ltd creates and innovate show programs and carry out various types of non-profit performance,and has taken an encouraging step in the exploration of development path for local art troupes after transformed in to enterprises.
