近年来，青岛市群众艺术馆在创建公共文化服务体系的过程中，创新工作思路，以“1+N”模式完善了公共文化产品和服务供给体系，实现了城乡文化一体，推动了青岛市公共文化服务体系的“立体覆盖”。本文从“1+N”模式的概况、形成的背景、成效及应用、创新性体现四个方面，论述了这一模式如何推动青岛公共文化服务体系“立体覆盖”的实现。
<<In recent years，during the process of building public cultural service system，Qingdao Mass Art Center innovates work ideas and improves the supply system of public cultural products and service with “1+N” mode，achieving the integration or urban and rural culture，promoting the “all-round coverage” of Qingdao public cultural service system. Form the aspects of the general situation，forming background，effectiveness and application，innovation embodiment of “1+N” mode，this paper discusses how this mode promotes the realization of “all-round coverage” of Qingdao public cultural service system.
