In 2014，the Mass Art Centers （Cultural Centers） witnessed prosperous development in the aspects of venue income，talent team building，venue material input and mass participation. However，due to the uneven overall economic development，relatively low overall level of public cultural service system，and people’s inactive awareness of participation，our country’s Mass Art Centers （Cultural Centers） still faces many problems and difficulties in the development process. Currently，emphasis should be given to promoting the modernization of Mass Art Centers （Cultural Centers）’s nature orientation，establishing and improving long-term financial investment growth mechanism，exploring the socialization governance mode of Mass Art Centers （Cultural Centers），cultivating common people’s literacy and cultural awareness，so as to comprehensively promote the construction and development of Mass Art Centers （Cultural Centers）.
