According to the survey on team construction of Beijing community workers in 2014,overall structure of community workers is reasonable,staff is relatively stable,and the whole team tends to be younger,better educated and more professional. At the same time,there are also some problems including incomplete policy system,low income levels,limited development space,and unclear function orientation. Therefore,it is necessary to further refine the policy system,rationalize the mechanism of income security,broaden the space for career development,standardize the function orientation,and adhere to the trend of specialization and professionalism,which will provide stronger support from human resources for the social construction in Beijing.
