Rapid development trend of China’s aging makes demands on security housing communities for elderly-oriented service. The paper discusses the current development status of the specification and standards related to buildings，planning and design for the aged in China. Based on the sample investigation on the actual residential conditions of the elderly people in security housing community，and taking their living needs as the pointcut，the paper analyses the aged demands on community elderly care and brings forward elderly-oriented countermeasures on security service. <<
