Within the following 13th Five-year Plan，there are many national strategic adjustments for the regional economic development of Chongqing city which located in the upper Yangtze river. It is a rare historic opportunity to promote the regional coordinated development through the construction of Chongqing CBD，lead the construction of the upper Yangtze River economic center through the healthy development of Chongqing. With the development of Chongqing CBD construction as a case，we study the present situation，existing problems，stage characteristics，facing opportunities，comparative advantage and so on. And prove the possibility，feasibility and operability of Chongqing CBD leading the economic center construction of upper Yangtze River. Hope it can provide some references to the development of the Yangtze River economic belt and the Collaborative development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone. <<
