As the core area of the Zhengdong New District，The Central Business District（CBD）of Zhengdong New District has been playing a leading role in the developing of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. Over the past decade，the Zhengdong CBD has made great achievements in urban construction，industrial devenlopment and ecological construction. The Zhengdong CBD has briefly fulfill the planner’s intent to be the financial center and economic center in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. To further promote coordinated development in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration，the Zhengdong CBD should well deal with the relationship between government and market，and do more things in promoting investment，developing innovation capacity and accumulating human capital. <<
