Central city is the strategic support to revitalize the Northeast Old Industrial Base，and the central business district（CBD）of the central city is the carrier of the city’s prosperity and development. This section examines the role of central city in the economic development of Northeast China，analyzes influences of the typical CBD to the development of the relevant cities，including Shenyang Financial and Commercial Development Zone，Dalian Central Business District，Harbin along the commercial zone，as well as some business zones in Changchun，etc.，Grasp CBD construction，and further promote the development of the central city and its urban agglomeration，may be one of the ways to reverse the deterioration of the new northeast phenomenon. <<
