The empirical study of Chinese cultural industrial security is based on the theory of the industrial security of culture industry. It used the method of the international competitiveness of the multi index. It constructed the Chinese culture industrial security evaluation model，and established the cultural industry security evaluation system，involving evaluation steps and ultimately determine the security state of the industry. This report uses the relevant statistical data during 2009 to 2013 of the cultural industry. The cultural industrial security evaluation system is divided into four parts，they are cultural industrial environment evaluation index of cultural industry，dependence on foreign degree evaluation index，the cultural industry competitiveness evaluation index，and the cultural industry control evaluation index. Finally measure the security of the Chinese culture industry in 2009-2013，and analyze the security status of Chinese culture industry.
