本文以台湾南部某特教学校的集体性侵事件为例,试图在“行动情境”框架下对此事件的行为主体及行为逻辑进行逐一分析,探讨这些行为主体身处的行动情境、事件过程中的行动策略以及背后蕴含的行为逻辑,以求从个案中发现共通之处,以资借鉴。
<<Special education and sexual assault are two sensitive and complex fields of research.This paper discusses the mass sexual assault incident in a special education school in Taiwan,which has been a highly controversial social issue and in need of public attention.Taking several cases as example,this paper uses the “action situation” framework to analyze each actor’s actions in a special education action situation and tries to investigate the actors’ strategies and rationales in order to draw some common ablities for similar cases.
