该文对上海A区融合教育多元支持模式进行实地调查研究,包括教育行政部门的政策支持、特教康复指导中心的专业支持、学校的资源教室支持等方面,检视了该区融合教育支持模式发展中存在的相关问题,指出特殊教育政策支持仍需要不断加大;特教康复指导中心的职能定位需要明确;学校专业特教师资需要加强。文章最后还提出,融合教育不仅需要教育系统内的支持,更需要社区环境、整个社会的支持。
<<Based on field study,this essay examines the multi-dimensional supportive strategy for inclusive education in A district,Shanghai,from several perspectives:the policy support from the regional Education Bureau,technical support from Special Education and Rehabilitation Mentoring Center and resource support from local schools.It reflects on problems in the regional inclusive education system and points out that:1) the Education Bureau should further enhance the policy support for inclusive education;2)the role of the Special Education and Rehabilitation Mentoring Center should be further clarified;3) there should be more teachers for inclusive education with enhanced capacity.In all,effective inclusive education need not only support from within the education system,but more important,also from communities and the society.
