自媒体的出现与不断迭代,引发了媒体人的离职潮。微信出现后,则出现了最大规模的离职潮和创业潮。出走媒体人成长于传统媒体,脱离体制后以更个性化的方式继续从事媒介生产活动,而且较有影响的自媒体多是出走的传统媒体人创建的。对出走媒体人自媒体创业的分析有助于更深入地理解自媒体与传统媒体间的动态关系,及整个媒介生态的运作机制。本文选取9个自媒体平台为研究对象,分析近三年来出走媒体人的自媒体创业情况,包括这一批媒体人的出走原因、创业动力、创业现状及他们创建的自媒体与媒介生态间的互动影响。
<<The emergence and continuous iteration of we-media trigger a tide of media practitioners’ resignation. There are the largest resignation tide and start-up tide with the emergence of We-chat. Resigned media practitioners who growing up in the traditional media continue to engage in media production activities in more personalized way after leaving the system and more influential we-medium are mostly created by them. The analysis of resigned media practitioners’ We-media start-up helps better understanding of the dynamic relationship between we-media and traditional media and the operating mechanism of the entire media ecology. This paper selects nine we-medium to analyze resigned media practitioners’ We-media start-up in the past three years,including resignation reasons of this group of media practitioners,start-up drive,start-up situation and the interaction between we-media they created and the media ecology.
